Very Bad

I am using this facial cleanser for a long time but my recent order is a complete mess, I used it and it caused itching, the packaging is different and it has a very pungent smell. I want to return.

Its fake face wash, its packing is chnge, liquid texture is changed, colour is changed, and its unable to use. I just discarded it. I am really disappointed.
