SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note that we do not dispatch any orders on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be dispatched on the following working day. Your order will always be delivered through courier. You will receive an SMS when your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

For orders within Pakistan, you will receive your order within 4-5 working days. (Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays are not considered as working days). 

Flat Delivery charges Rs. 200. Free shipping within Pakistan for orders over Rs.4500

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you must contact us ASAP to process the cancellation. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed. Please write an e-mail to

Order@medevox.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. Otherwise, your order may already be shipped. Any orders placed on weekends will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If your products arrive damaged due to the shipment by the carrier, please save the box and products and notify us immediately by writing an email atOrder@medevox.com. The shipping provider will inspect the package and pick up the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced.
